Orders delivered via Imperial Dade Truck are charged a $10 fuel/handling charge.

Yes, effective July 29, 2024 our minimum order is $350.00. Any order not meeting this minimum will be billed a $25.00 "small order processing charge," in addition to fuel surcharge and freight. *If you are currently on a contract, your minimum order will remain the same.

 If you wish to utilize our Next Delivery Day, you will need to have your orders in by our updated cut off times based on your location.

Effective Tuesday, September 3, 2024 - Due to the nature of our business and certain products that we carry, we are only able to sell business to business.

For our Business-to-Business customers, those who have an account with us or have a Tax ID number, we encourage you to take advantage of our local delivery or FedEx options that are available.

Will-Call Pickup will be available for those unexpected emergencies. We require that you contact us via phone or email us with your order. Customer Service will be able to communicate a pickup date based on what is in inventory at the time or when product will arrive.

A $25 handling fee will be applied to pick up orders not placed prior to arrival.

We prefer that all purchases be made on an established Imperial Dade - East Central account. You can fill our a credit application at www.enichols.com/creditapplication. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are also accepted for payment. Beginning January 1, 2024 all credit card transactions will be charged a 3% processing fee.

 Imperial Dade - East Central's headquarters is located in Norton Shores, MI. However, we have locations in Elkhart, IN, Grand Rapids, Greater Detroit, Holland, Traverse City, MI; Indianapolis, IN; Bowling Green and Cleveland, OH.

Imperial Dade - East Central “backorder” items are products not in stock at the time an order is placed. Shipment will occur at a later date, unless otherwise specified by customer.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Inquire at time of order for current pricing, or contact your Account Manager for written proposals.

Merchandise may be returned to Imperial Dade -east Central by contacting us and requesting a Return Authorization Number. With confirmation of the Return Authorization Number, our drivers or a representative may pick up the product. Returned merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, in saleable condition and in original cartons and full cases. A restocking charge may apply. Special orders are not returnable.

Our Terms and Conditions are Net 25 days for customers with approved credit. Unless an open account has been established, or the order has been pre-paid, all orders will be shipped C.O.D. cash or credit card. There will be a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks and a 1.5% charge on past due invoices.  All orders shall be subject to standard terms and conditions as set forth on our website and as incorporated into our order acceptance.
