Associate Contract & Expediting Specialist – Norton Shores, MI
An entry level administrative associate who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, mainly communicating through emails with internal customers (Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing) and suppliers regarding vendor contracts. Also, in this role the Specialist will be responsible for data entry into vendor portals and updating the ERP system with specific contract terms, so attention to detail and accuracy is essential. Also, this role will provide support to operations and supply chain by working various tasks related to expediting of product and communicating with warehouse staff to ensure product pick-ups and receiving appointments are scheduled in an efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of similar administrative experience. Strong computer skills required.
Information Technology Systems Analyst – Norton Shores, MI

Inside Sales Representative – Norton Shores, MI
Entry level Sales Representative who enjoys working with a variety of customers and product lines in distribution. The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years of prior sales experience preferably in a business to business environment. Must have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other Sales Representatives, to generate new business and grow existing customer accounts. You’ll be expected to conduct 50-70 telephone sales calls a day and track results within a CRM program. Additional responsibilities would include following up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, product promotions, trade shows and other sources.

The ideal candidate would have 2-4 years of prior sales experience preferably in a business to business environment. Must have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other Sales Representatives, to generate new business and grow existing customer accounts. An outside Sales Representative will be expected to make between 4-6 physical sales calls a day and track results within a CRM program. Additional responsibilities would include generating proposals, managing margins, maintaining vendor managed inventory.

An experienced Route Delivery Driver to service our customers in the Cleveland, OH from our Willowick, OH warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of prior driving experience and a minimum of 1 year of delivery/customer service experience. Typically driving a 26-ft. box truck. Experience with checking deliveries and taking photos with an iPad type device preferred. Friendly, outgoing and high level of customer service required will make 15 + stops in a typical day. Deliveries are made during normal business hours – no nights or weekends.
